SloGEAR 110 ... Synforce SloGEAR series is a range of lubricants with comprehensive extreme pressure and adhesive characteristics for use with slow moving gears, bearings, shafts and chains.

SloGEAR 110 is also a multigrade industrial gear oil that offers advantages over traditional slow flow adhesive lubricants in that it has better “cold start flow” characteristics and offers superior resistance to viscosity change due to increased temperatures

NeatCUT MD32 ... is a medium duty iso32 transparent, inactive type neat cutting oil recommended for high speed machining of free cutting steels and all non-ferrous metals. It is an excellent dualpurpose cutting and lubricating oil for higher speed machining of free cutting steels, brass, aluminium, copper, etc. in multiple spindle automatics.

Applications;
In many machine tools, particularly the larger multiple spindle automatics, the lubricating oil will frequently leak into the cutting oil, diluting it as much as 50%. The result is shorter tool life, poorer surface finishes, and general decline in machinery efficiency.

This problem can be eliminated in many machines through the use of dual-purpose NeatCUT MD32 which serves as both a machine lubricant and a cutting oil where a lower viscosity oil is required - for example, higher speed machining of free cutting steels such as brass, aluminium, copper, etc.

NeatCUT MD32 Also serves as a dual-purpose cutting and lubricating oil in smaller automatics, such as Index, etc.

NeatCUT HD46 ... is a heavy duty iso 46 transparent, inactive, non-emulsifying, high additive EP neat cutting oil for use on ferrous metals, stainless and nickel/chrome steels,

Applications;
This product is mainly confined to uses where a high viscosity oil is required. Pipe threading by hand or machine are typical applications.

NeatCUT HD46 can also be used on stainless and nickel / chrome steels. It is suitable for machining steels in various types of lathes – automatics, turrets and hand screw machines.

Being high in additive it is generally used on heavy duty operations such as gear cutting, broaching, turning, threading and tapping.

FormLUBE 10 ...  is a Concrete form release oil formulated as a Low viscosity, non-regulated mould release fluid
which has proven effective in separating concrete from steel and plastic moulds and dies.

FormLUBE 10 is a blend of approx 55% Bio-degradable components and a mineral oil and does NOT contain any “traditional” solvents as used in many other similar type products that often have a low Flash point, FormLUBE 10 has a flash point greater than 160 degC and therefore is NOT classed as Dangerous goods

SolCUT 975 ... is a synthetic based Chlorine, Cobalt and Nitrite free multipurpose biodegradable extreme pressure emulsified cutting oil which forms a stable milky emulsion when added to water.

SolCUT 975 contains a highly sophisticated system of extreme pressure additives, non silicone anti-foam, anti-rust and anti-bacterial agents and is suitable for use with all machining applications and materials as a coolant/lubricant.


ReCIP 90 ... is an Ashless multifunctional lubricant formulated to satisfy the stringent demands required of Reciprocating (piston) and some Rotary Screw Compressors.

These fluids are formulated with 100% Hydro cracked Group 2 base oils and use the latest in additive technology to provide the following …

CompSYN ... is a full synthetic Ashless, non detergent Compressor Oil fluid uniquely formulated from PAO/Ester base fluids for use in a wide range of applications including oil flooded rotary vane and rotary screw compressors, screw type compressors and reciprocating air compressors, pumps,  refrigeration and vacuum pumps operating under both normal & severe conditions.

CompSYN is recommended as a direct replacement for PAG compressor oils such as Sullair Sullube® and Ingersoll-Rand® fluids and offers;

*        Excellent Resistance to Thermal Degradation – Carbon, varnish and lacquer deposits due to high temperature operation are virtually eliminated.  

*        Superior Oxidative Stability – Any oil, as it is increasingly exposed to high temperature operation, undergoes the process of oxidation. This results in the oil’s thickening and build-up of acidic components. Because of the PAO’s uniform molecular structure, the process of oxidation is greatly reduced.

*        Extended Drain Intervals – Because of the PAO’s excellent resistance to thermal degradation and oxidation, the oil’s service life is extended up to eight (8) times the normal service life of conventional compressor oils.

*        Low Volatility – The low volatility of the PAO’s results in lower makeup requirements due to evaporation loss.

*        Less Oil carry over – Due to its low volatility, there are fewer problems with the oil getting into air tools, instruments or even the production process. It also means there is less oil to remove in the air/oil separators and fewer air filter changes.

*        High Viscosity Index – This results in a minimum change in viscosity with temperature. The adequate viscosity for proper bearing lubrication is provided regardless of temperature change.

*        Excellent Cold Temperature Starting and Pumpability.

*        Fire and Explosion Possibilities are Greatly Reduced – This is due to not only the PAO’s extremely low carbon forming tendencies, but also to their relatively high flash, fire and auto ignition points.

*        Greater Hydrolytic Stability and Demulsibility Characteristics – Since PAO’s are non-polar; they absorb less water under high humidity conditions. They also separate condensed water much faster and more completely, thus resulting in the water being removed easily from the system. These properties result in extended bearing life, anti-wear protection and improved rust and corrosion protection.

*        Excellent Operating Temperature Reduction – PAO’s have better specific heat valves (less available heat is absorbed) and better thermal conductivity that conventional air compressor oils. These combined properties help to reduce operating temperatures.

*        Compatibility with all Types of Seals and Coatings

Xtreme SAE 90 & SAE 140 can be specified irrespective of service severity, for OEM initial fill and service fill of conventional and limited slip car, truck and tractor differentials and other final drives, transfer and steering gearboxes and manual transmissions. Special oxidation resistant paraffinic base oils combined with high performance XHTR thermal stable extreme pressure and limited slip additives are formulated into Xtreme SAE 90 & SAE 140 to ensure long service life to transmission drive lines. They meet the performance requirements of API service GL5, US Military specifications MIL-L-2105D and MIL-PRF-2105E and will far surpass the API service classification MT-1.

GEAR TRAIN RATTLE & NOISES ELIMINATED. The STAY ON properties effectively quieten transmission drive line noise tendencies under all conditions of low speed high torque, high speed low torque and shock loading.

Xtreme SAE 90 & SAE 140 are recommended for initial and service fill and top-up of car, truck and tractor manual transmissions, differentials, including limited slip, final drives and transfer and steering gearboxes. They surpass international OEM gear manufacturers' specific requirements, eg. Mack GO-J, GO-H, Eaton, Fuller, Rockwell, Daimler-Benz, Ford, Volvo, Clark, GM etc.

Vacuum Pump Oil ISO 90 ... has been specifically formulated for use in Vacuum Pumps where a high tendency for foaming and moisture content exists.

The formulation offers the oil to better withstand the negative effects of moisture in oil.

Vacuum Pump Oil 90 also contains high levels of anti wear additives offering better protection of working components within the pump.
