GearPLUS SAE 90 & SAE 140  are superior new generation XRM^R (Extra Range Multigear) gear oils with special limited slip differential performance and tackifiers to enhance performance. They are specifically designed to provide very much improved;

All these properties help overcome the growing concerns of the gear manufacturers (OEMs - Original Equipment Manufacturers), vehicle and fleet owners relative to these performance areas when operating with the former generation of conventional hypoid extreme pressure (EP) drive train and limited slip lubricants.

Gearplus SAE 90 & SAE 140 can be specified irrespective of service severity, for OEM initial fill and service fill of conventional and limited slip car, truck and tractor differentials and other final drives, transfer and steering gearboxes and manual transmissions. Special oxidation resistant paraffinic base oils combined with high performance XHT^R thermal stable extreme pressure and limited slip additives are formulated into Gearplus SAE 90 & SAE 140 to ensure long service life to transmission drive lines. They meet the performance requirements of API service GL5, US Military specifications MIL-L-2105D and MIL-PRF-2105E and will far surpass the API service classification MT-1.

GEAR TRAIN RATTLE & NOISES ELIMINATED. The STAY ON properties effectively quieten transmission drive line noise tendencies under all conditions of low speed high torque, high speed low torque and shock loading.

Recommendations

Gearplus SAE 90 & SAE 140 are recommended for initial and service fill and top-up of car, truck and tractor manual transmissions, differentials, including limited slip, final drives and transfer and steering gearboxes. They surpass international OEM gear manufacturers' specific requirements, eg. Mack GO-J, GO-H, Eaton, Fuller, Rockwell, Daimler-Benz, Ford, Volvo, Clark, GM etc.

Synforce Gearlube oils ...  are high quality Multi-use lubricants suitable for a wide range of industrial gearing. Using the latest sulfur/ phosphorus EP additive they give minimum gear wear whilst maintaining maximum load carrying capacity. They offer excellent corrosion protection and resistance to high temperature sludging.

Gearlube Oils are highly recommended for use in all types of enclosed industrial gear boxes and suitable as bearing oils for highly loaded plain bearings. Their compatibility with copper and its alloys make it suitable for gearboxes and drives using bronze components.

R & O Oil Rust and Oxidation inhibitor oil, available in ISO grades 32, 46 and 68

Wire Rope Lube 220 is blended with selected base oils, extreme pressure and anti wear additives resulting in a high performance wire roap lubricant that easily penetrates and protects against wear and corrosion 

Air Tool Oil MD has been specifically developed for use in medium duty pneumatic equipment. Air Tool 68 has excellent anti wear characteristics and gives excellent control over water washing, corrosion and fog formation.
