Portable Off-line Filtration ...

Synforce designs and manufacturers a range of low pressure Off-line filtration units for specific applications taking into account fluid viscosites, flow rates and desired cleanliness result.

These portable units are built to suit Customers needs with ease of installation and use, scale of economy and performance being paramount and are engineered to last.

They are all designed to fit a standard range of filters ranging from 1 micron absolute through to 120 micron making filter replacement easy and cost effective, the canisters used are widely available throughout Australia.

Standard flow rates available are 5 lpm, 8 lpm, 12 lpm, 15 lpm, 20 lpm, 23 lpm, 26 lpm, 28, lpm, 32 lpm,

  

Efficient filtration requires a correct balance between fluid viscosity and temperature, flow rates, pressures and desired end result, no one systen fits all.

The below table gives an indication of typical performance values for some configurations but there are many more.

* 240 volt 1440 rpm Motor, Direct Coupling and Gear pump

* Weather proof switching

* Adjustable pressure relief valve (pre-set to 30 psi) for safety

* Stay dry or no drip Hydraulic fittings to inlet and outlet

* By-pass filter Head to take a range of filters commonly available

* Pressure gauge to indicate filter condition

* Sampling point

* Drip trays under filter head and another under the complete unit

* All mounted in a steel frame on rubber feet
